Annual Susan B. Easlick/Henry H. Michaels/Gerald R. Ford Golf Tournament
Arnold Palmer Course at Bay Creek, Cape Charles, Virginia
05/05/2008

Bay Creek Resort and Club
This year's primary fundraising event of the Rampant Lion Foundation will be the 7th Annual DKE Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted at the Bay Creek Club in Cape Charles, Virginia, on May 5.
The Arnold Palmer Course on the Eastern Shore of Virginia is ideally located for a full weekend of events. There are weekend golf packages available for those who want to arrive early and host individual chapter or family gatherings. Go here for Bay Creek rentals.
The event is being planned as reservations continue to come in. At this point the Foundation will host a Sunday night gathering and Monday tournament including a light breakfast, cart, refreshments, contests, goodie bag and lunch for the low cost of $100. The DKE Tournament Monday will be a Shotgun event, and we anticipate a full field of alumni and active member foursomes from every chapter.
This tournament commemorates the lives of four people who significantly impacted the Fraternity and the Foundation. Originally named for Susan Easlick, who served as administrative director for 20 years, this year's tournament also reminds us of the contributions of long-time DKE Board Chairman Henry H. Michaels, Jr., Rho/Lafayette, Rampant Lion Foundation Honorary Board Chairman Gerald R. Ford, Omicron/Michigan, and this year we also remember Rampant Lion Foundation Trustee John H. Stembler, Jr., Beta/North Carolina, who donated the trophy that is awarded each year.
Your tax-deductible contribution in sponsorship of the 2008 tournament will be acknowledged on this webpage, as well as on brochures, programs, banners and signage on the course. Go here for a printable sponsorship form and details on benefits, and go here to see last yearís list of sponsors.
Regardless of whether your contribution is a sponsorship of the tournament, please send your fully tax -deductible contribution today. For the event to be a true success, we need your help. And we need your presence. Please plan to attend by signing up here.
