What is included in my cost of attending?
- Transportation to/from BHM airport
- Meals for the course of the convention, including the banquet on Saturday night
- Attendance at brotherhood events
- Meals throughout the course of the convention, including the banquet on Saturday night (unless you've selected to only attend the banquet)
Where is the Banquet?
The Banquet will start with a cocktail reception at 6:30 inside the Rast Conference Room, within the Bryant Conference Center.
How do I get to the 2016 Convention?
If you're flying, select Birmingham Airport (BHM) as the airport, and DKE will pick you up from the airport when given proper notice of your travel plans.
By when do I need to register?
The price will increase by $25 on July 1st, and you have until July 11th to register for the convention.

Can I bring a guest to convention?
Alumni may bring guests to the banquet; their cost is $100 per person, and they can register using the alumni registration link above. Be sure to select that they are a guest.
Where are we staying?
Undergrads will be in dorms close to the DKE house. The cost for staying in the dorms is included in your registration fee.
Alumni will be in Hotel Capstone, and they can register for a room HERE. Registration for the hotel is available until July 6th. The hotel cost is not included in your registration fee.
What is the dress code?
We recommend a "country club" dress code at events, but there will be events that are more relaxed in dress code.
For the banquet, please wear a suit and tie.
I'm flying into Birmingham airport, but how do I get to Convention?
We'll be reaching out to everyone who selects that they'll be flying into BHM airport, and from there, we'll schedule a shuttle to take you from the airport to Tuscaloosa.
